Skitt by DreamEyce Skitt by DreamEyce
Skitt, a beautiful black tri Aussie who was adopted from a shelter in the nick of time. "From kill-list, to best friend, in just a matter of hours."

A really great girl, and such a blessing that she was spared, and given the chance to live a life of love, and not end with being dumped, and abandoned.

Yup! This is her :)

She's doing GREAT! She tested heartworm positive, and is being treated by her new owners. They're our neighbors, and they fell for her as soon as we picked her up from the shelter. It's a match made in heaven, and she's changed from unsure, to always got a smile on her face! She has her own 3yo little boy, and all the neighbor kids to look after, plus loves to play with my puppies :)

I have a feeling she's an Aussie x Border, BUT I know many working-lined Aussies with prick ears, who aren't very "Aussie like" and mistaken as BC mixes! She has a natural bob tail, and isn't typey at all, but is obviously Aussie in many ways, but I'd not be surprised if she were an Aussie x BC. Since she was a stray, we'll never know!

I love how different individuals of working breeds can be! And that is so true about the Aussies.
No matter her parentage, Skitt sounds like such a sweet dog. I'm sure her new owners feel just as lucky to receive such a blessing.
